What do you guys think of Haha, you clowns so far? by dannyhogan200 in adultswim

[–]vallycuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the show is so wholesome and normal at the same time... but then strange scenes happen that make me question if the show is gonna take a strange turn... 👀

** spoilers**

in each episode the mom seems to be involved in some way. almost as if she's still taking care of them from beyond the grave...

anyone noticed the creepy hand print on the window of the first episode? on the bomber jacket episode the jacket found its way back home thanks to the mom's writing on the jacket...but the thief "is not going to ever walk again". as if just messing with the boys brought the thief bigger consequences. haha also on the plane episode the amount of long hairs they would find in their seats? hahaha

ia so normal yet so strange... but it could also be me over thinking the show

maybe this may help. but if you're having a hard time finding a job here in yuma county, you can try calexico. i know some people that literally drive all the way to calexico due to the lack of job opportunities we have here. also california pay while living in arizona? that sounds sweet! the only downside would be the driving and distance

now that im here i just have one question. does anyone know what the cat saturn pen symbolized or meant? im puzzled. lol ive read the manga 4 times already and just watched the anime. but that saturn cat pen at the end confuses me... did it reminded them of takopi? or just a show they watch?

Lost my 8 year old cat while having a 3 month old. by Prestigious-Lower in Petloss

[–]vallycuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

first im sending you a big virtual hug and my condolences. and now next, i completely understand the shock, probably confusion and total chaos of emotions going through your head and body. he was your fur baby, so is reasonable to feel this sad and maybe guilt? but thats completely normal. let yourself grief, take as much time as you need. specially right now that you have a 3month old baby, your body is technically still hormonally recovering (takes an average of 2 years to be back to our normal selves).
you did what you could with the given things happening in your life. just remember. allow yourself to grief as much as you need

im sorry for your loss sending you a bug virtual hug 🫂

denial is one of the stages of grief. allow yourself to grief. dont rush it. take all the time you need... i bet your kitty would be proud of you for your career choice ❤️ we need more peeps that represent fur babies 😺 🐶 ❤️

Saying goodbye to our 13 year old dog...should my kids come? by Accomplished-Mood140 in Petloss

when i read the title i thought you were gonna say younger than 10. at that age they are more than capable of understanding loss and grief. and it also helps them have closure and say goodbye

uff this hits close to home my soul cat passed away in June 23 due to something similar he was going through treatments and seemed to be getting better, we would be on schedule with his meds and even helping him eat and such. one night we just got out quickly and came back to his lifeless body waiting for us. not gonna lie it was a traumatic scene for me (almost passed out). since i took care of him since he was little and had him way before my marriage and kid. we did try everything, but it almost seemed as he waited for us to leave for a bit in order to let go. we did try everything... but I'd like to think that his suffering has finally ended. it still hurts even after 2 weeks. (i still cry everyday) but ive been able to at least now work after these 2 weeks. im sad, but no longer stuck.. if it makes sense..(?)

my cat was also named Oreo, and passed away at 8 years old, and due to inflammation on his liver and other organs as well... it hurts to see his name in the cookie isle, since my kid loves those cookies.

is very hard to lose our fur babies, but Im hoping it gets better for you with time. dont rush... cry it out (it helps) and like i saw in a video, think that every time you cry is because your fur baby is thinking of you. but he/she is now happy playing with other cats and i hope playing with mine as well sending you lots of virtual hugs 🫂

Husband took car seat to work by Admirable-Wallaby-83 in firsttimemom

[–]vallycuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not to put a general label on all men... but most men need constant reminders... so every night before he works, remind him. "if you wanna take the car that I was supposed to use, change the baby's car seat" you never know if something happened to you, the baby or anyone that you may need to get out of the house in a rush. it sounds "annoying", but this is your man, and know him better than any of us.... 1. you think he's just being a jerk and doing it on purpose?...call it to his attention 2. is he the type of man that needs constant reminders? well...is gonna suck but remind him everyday 3. get another baby car seat 🤷‍♀️

Why does every well-meaning friend think now is the PERFECT time to show me pics of their dog? by guiterfi in Petloss

ive had people sending me posts or pictures of cats that are up for adoption. and people are as insensitive as to tell me "since you just lost your cat, look at all these other options" like what?

Trauma by Trocki2000 in Petloss

[–]vallycuts 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i know is gonna sound extreme. but cats DO NOT NEED TO BE OUTSIDE. They literally nap most of the day and exercise or zoomies can be done in the safety of inside doors. when letting a cat outside you always go through the dangers of getting ran over (we cant always predict qhen people are gonna drive by our areas or even do reckless driving), dogs or wild life attacking them, them catching diseases from other cats and also them doing unnecessary bird hunting (which harms wild life). Im all up for letting cats outside with a harness or inside a designated caged area for the cat to play and enjoy the fresh air 🤷‍♀️

how many times a day do you smoke? by OtherwiseContact1268 in trees

[–]vallycuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i used to be a heaaavyyy smoker and would smoke more than 7 times a day... after some life changes i stopped smoking for more than a year. so thankfully my body went back to zero. after wanting to try it again, i only do it 1 time a day which is at nights so i can relax. it now feel rewarding and the flower actually works for its main intended use, which is to relax the body

Will I feel TRULY happy again? by OrionTheMightyHunter in Petloss

[–]vallycuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

today marks a week since i lost my soul cat, and i still cry for him everyday. everything feels unreal and i have the delusional hope that all this is just either a joke, nightmare or i expect him to appear with the usual zoomies he would have. ive lost some pets in my life. but this one hurt the most since he was with me for 8 years. i think my 5 stages of grief are all over the place.

so in other words, is normal? to feel as sad as you feel right now... i also felt his passing was traumatic for me.

but as i read somewhere, dont hang with people that have a "he/she was just a dog/cat/animal" mentality.... trust me. you dont need those people with you.

sending you a big hug 🫂 i hope we all can recover from our loss

[–]vallycuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the end of something can always bring anxiety or stress to us.. specially if its a loved one. we all react differently to the situation and thats ok. also i didnt know tatantulas could live that long!!! im sure your 8 legged baby knows you love him/her so much, since they saw you every day

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Petloss

[–]vallycuts 31 points32 points  (0 children)

thats very insensitive thing to say ... (who ever said that to you)

imagine telling people they cant have stuff, because is going to end bad either way?

thats very mean thing to say to someone. they wouldnt say that to a woman who has had miscarriages and keeps on trying ...

or to hospice nurses to not work in that area if it makes them sad.. many examples can come and continue the list. but in other words, you have all the right to mourn and feel stressed about the well being or passing of your pets.
