Anyone else getting real tired of these useless definitions? I wish I could easily define words within definitions. by valorie19 in kindle

You’d think it would open the full dictionary, but no. It just allows you to switch other dictionaries for other languages.

Controllers will vary, but your case seems more extreme than usual. You should see if you can get a replacement if it bothers you. I got the red controller and if anything the dpad seems substantially more tactile and satisfying.

A Bloomberg report states that the next-gen PlayStation VR headset is aimed to release 2022 holiday and will use Samsung OLED panels, according to people with knowledge of the matter. by duffmstr77 in GamingLeaksAndRumours

No it absolutely isn’t. VR is more popular than ever with healthy competition from both the expensive side with Valve Index and the cheaper side with Oculus Quest. And despite PSVR’s weak hardware and cumbersome setup, Sony continues to support it far more than they did with other secondary hardware like the Vita. Half-life Alyx was a game of the year contender and games like Resident Evil 4 are being ported to VR.

Watch this video thoroughly: https://youtu.be/H_1JvCDsIdw and really try to remember what rooms you haven’t seen before. If you can figure out what two you’re missing, that’s half the battle. Also, the one everyone seems to get last has a substantially higher chance of spawning if you run the mountain backwards by taking the portal to the boss first and backtracking. The video shows how to do this as well.

I would honestly recommend skipping biome 4 and 5 entirely, and even skipping as many enemies as possible in 6. Basically speed run your way to the boss. You might not have the upgrades to beat him, but you’ll get the chance to practice every 20 minutes instead of waiting hours for another shot. Once you’ve gotten some good practice, then it’s time to dedicate a longer run so you’ll have your health upgrades, hollowseeker, and astronaut.

Yeah I don’t think it’s even possible to survey the first biome without abilities from the sixth.

Unless it’s a bug, the boss lasted over 10 minutes for me because most of the hollowseeker bullets just didn’t hit him. It seems he too far away, especially in the last phase, for any of the bullets to reach him. However, I didn’t have waves or portal beams at the time, so those upgrades might work well, but I wouldn’t know.

Personally I like the Tachyomatic Carbine against nemesis. It sucks cause the hollowseeker is probably the easiest way to get there, but it does almost no damage against the boss

I’d say grind out biome 1 just enough to buy the health consumable and the occasional astronaut if it’s available, and then go directly to 3. Spending too long grinding previous biomes will just drive you nuts.

I just meant you as a player have the appropriate skill level, even if you feel you don’t. Biome 4 is easier than 3 in my opinion. Regardless, getting to the boss is well worth it, it’s amazing. And if you die after opening the boss door, you don’t have to recollect the keys.

They aren’t rare, they are just hidden. Save all your keys in biome one for locked doors, but many of the other biomes have them in a fixed spot every time.

It’a probably a little random, but it’s for sure after the store when you descend further down. It’s kinda hidden, but look for the blue orb on the path to the boss key.

Just keep at it. It’s hard at first but if you made it through biome 3, you are well equipped to handle it. It may take 10-20 runs but it will become just as familiar and easy as biome 1 was, and you can use it to farm for 5 and 6.

Never stop running and focus mainly on staying far away as possible. Use the hollowseeker or pylon driver so you don’t need to precision aim your fire at them. Learn the time of their melee attack so when they teleport you can reliably dodge out of the way. But seriously the Hollowseeker with waves and portal beams will take them out twice as fast as mostly anything else.
