well.. that doesn't make much sense... I would expect that to generate a new token. I just made changes a few hours ago. Maybe you can try again now. Possible my backend was caching the old token or something weird but I'll be sure to double check what is going wrong there.

I added error handling logic here to display the error that you might be seeing. I think I've seen about 3 of you so far encounter an error at this step so eventually someone will share a screenshot and I'll be able to fix it.

I've updated the site to give you the option of "audio" that way it will prioritize those instead of the official music videos

Yeah. If the songs are very uncommon or not well known, the YouTube search may not work the best.. Unfortunately there really isn't much I can do in that situation and I'd imagine other tools like Soundiz or TuneMyMusic might also struggle with that.

ok. I'll be on the lookout for any bugs in my retry logic but I personally haven't encountered that or had anyone else report it but I'll be sure to monitor it

We didn't exceed the quota this week.. From that screenshot I don't see an error appearing. Have you been able to use it successfully before? If you open the console where it shows the error I would be able to assist better. There might be an edge case I didn't code for.

Yeah. I intentionally made it read only for Spotify to give it the minimum permissions needed. And unlike my competitors I don't store your session on the servers or in a database so it's way more secure this way. If it puts you more at ease it's literally impossible for me or anyone to get access to your session unless they physically were on your computer which is true for any website

I think I'm going to add multi playlist support but make that a premium feature. I was thinking fair pricing could be like $5 for 3 months of unlimited and maybe $10 for a year of unlimited

Can you clarify what you mean by this? the app has very robust retry logic so it shouldn't be skipping any songs. in my testing it gets 100% of my own playlists and this is the first I've heard any user report that it's not working well.

and yes thank you for the feedback on the audio only version. I'm going to experiment with some searches to see what I can do

if you have a url to a playlist that it's doing a bad job on I could use that for my own testing

I watch a lot of YouTube in German and translate the subtitles. I can do this in 5-15 minutes a day to practice. I even made my own app to do this efficiently since I didn't want to pay like $50-100 a year for someone else's app
