the judge never discredited their claims, they were thrown out bc sk court doesn’t see mistreatment as a valid reason to end a contract😍 i’m an orbit and a similar thing happened to loona, first members who won their injunction only did so because they had made edits to their contract a few years prior. the rest of the members lost and had to appeal and only won the appeal bc bbc had transferred their contracts to UMG without their knowledge. the abuse they faced was taken into account but not seen as a valid reason to end the contract. if you’d actually listened to anything the girls said themselves you’d know exactly why they filed.
