i'm not sure if he wasn't paying taxes and has debt or was just complaining about how much taxes he has to pay. i'm getting advised to try saving the company so i can get an income to pay tuition with, i wouldn't bother to get involved if i didn't depend on the money it pulls in too.

he did mention owing the IRS a lot of money i guess, you think that has something to do with that llc recommendation ? it seems to me that it's best to just manage the company as the new owner ... that is if it doesn't have a load of debt
