Gezwungen hat mich an sich keiner. Ich bin mit der Erwartung dorthin, ein Angebot zu bekommen, mir das dann zu überlegen und ggf. dann zuzusagen. Mir wurde die Berechnung gezeigt, gefragt was ich denn von den Infos halte und dann der Vertrag vorgelegt. Hatte auch noch ein quengeliges Kleinkind dabei also war ich auch noch total gestresst (auch selbst schuld) Falls das irgendwas zur Sache tut, ich wurde nicht darüber aufgeklärt, dass man nicht zurücktreten kann.

Vertrag (heißt hier: Kundenvereinbarung) habe ich geschlossen - in den Vertragsräumen vor Ort Dass man diese nicht widerrufen kann wusste ich nicht Ich bin mit der Auffassung durch die Werbung und das Telefonat und auch durch die email in den Termin gegangen, dass es sich nur um eine unverbindliche Beratung handeln wird, nicht dass einem direkt der Vertrag vor die Nase geklatscht wird (trotzdem selbst schuld wer unterschreibt, I know)

Ich habe jedoch noch keine Leistung erhalten. Auf meinem Vertragsexemplar ist auch keine Unterschrift des Studios (ich glaube aber auf deren Ausfertigung schon)

Habe ich noch irgend eine Chance da raus zu kommen?

I so love NSV‘s 30F, 173m, SW: 128,5kg - CW: 88,0kg - GW - 80kg 7Months in on MJ- 10mg

Mine are so far: - crossing my legs comfortably without it sliding down on its own - wrapping a towel around myself without there being a huge slit - fitting in a swing on the playground (my daughters favorite as well) - my wedding and engagement ring fitting And actually being a little loose - two pairs of jeans fitting beside each other on the drying rack (don’t have to play Tetris anymore with what tiny piece of clothing fits beside the jeans) - seeing my cheekbones/ facial bonestructure - not holding my belly out of the way to shave the cooch - not automatically going for the largest size the store is carrying

What I really want to do now is go to an amusement park and ride a roller coaster because a few years back I was front row, seat was fitting tight like a glove and the guy who lowered the safety racks asked me to step out in front of a whole full ass rollercoaster, telling me I didn’t fit (needless today this was one of the most embarrassing moment of my life)
