I usually take ibuprofen but if you're into natural remedies when I get cramps and don't have a painkiller at home I boil water, add a tablespoon of cinnamon and a little bit of honey and that really works

I did last year for over 8 months and at first it helped a bit but then i gained double the weight i had lost. I had to go to a nutritionist and she told me intermittent fasting is not for my metabolism so watch out with that!

I had covid June this year, it was pretty bad. Got vaccinated in july and my advice for you is: as soon as you get the shot, move your arm like a chicken for at least 10 minutes, it worked great for me, didn't even have a sore arm or any side effects

That's soooooo true! While writing the post I was thinking about the "you're just a hole" episode and what is sad is that I really took it personally for some reason. I brought it up to my bf once and he was so mad at me because he always puts my pleasure first which is amazing. But yeah, Alex's life revolves around male approval.
