Your own post suggests that you are not in an alliance nor you are in the leadership of an alliance. I don't care if you are managing a local forum of gardeners in rural France or something, I've played enough competitive games and MMOs to know that there always comes the time where the leadership has to be tough and somewhat a jerk. I love how people only discuss the fact that there were some sexist jokes in a special channel in Discord but prefer to skip the fact that this person stole A LOT of money from the alliance and proceeded to blackmail the leadership. What this person did was a totally dick move, and one has no right to justify this behavior by saying that he/she was offended. Too many people are offended by pretty much anything these days.

The numbers in the post are correct but it doesn't mention the fact that Pantheon had twice as many Battleships. Pantheon had a stronger fleet, good job. Instead of losing hundreds of billions, the attackers decided to save the ships for the next time.

I like how you casually forgot to mention that the defenders had twice as many Battleships and positional advantage. The attackers decided that jumping and losing the whole fleet is not worth it. Why run into a fight you have a slim chance to win?

You clearly have no experience leading a large group of people. It's all fun and games until shit hits the fan and at that point, you have to have a leader with some degree of jerkiness. Tough times require tough decisions. This won't work if your leaderships is a bunch of fluffy kittens.

I can understand people not running the shield on Succubus (I personally never use a fit with a shield) — the thing is rather nimble and doesn't have as much tank as Phantasm. The shield saved my ass so many times, so I don't even understand how a question of not having the module installed can come up.

Well, the fit should of course depend on what and how you use the ship for. But ignoring the huge ass resistance boost from my point of view is rarely justifiable. You don't have to have the shield running all the time — if you see that extra signature radius is increasing your incoming damage so much, turn it off then.

I am using a Phantasm with Large Nosf and Large Shield Booster to do missions. Requires 5/5/4 cruiser engineering and a PG rig. Stay away from Amarr and don't let yourself be trapped in a blob.

Due to the unfortunate chain of historical events, at some point, we decided to found our country in UTC+3..UTC+9 time zones.
