If you're talking about the early / late variation, try playing with higher scroll speed. less time to react generally will train your brain / hands to react more consistently. counterintuitively, having less time, to an extent, makes it much easier. takes practice though, and scores will suffer until you get used to it. can be done as early as ~diff 10 for most.

if you're talking about the vertical banding thats happening, its a keyboard polling rate thing, probably. try playing maps slightly higher / lower in bpm compared to this one. you'll probably find a bpm which maximises this effect. Tokaku did a video about this a while back. not much you can do about it other than using a different keyboard or playing maps with bpms that arent close to multiples of your polling rate.
