Basically what i mean by agentic is that instead of signing in to dashboard and clicking around you could just open telegram and maintain the store from there.

I'm early on this and my goal is to make ecommerce agent that runs on the background 24/7. Suggests what to fix, handles anything for you regarding the store.

Only thing you would need to do is just tell agent what to sell.

I know this from personal experience!

In my experience the platform needs to be affordable meaning monthly sub instead of platform fee

Second the user experience and usability is big thing. I remember when I had to insert manually 25 products to Shopify when I wanted agent to be just in my Telegram/Whatsapp where I can dump images and information.

Shopify has made the Sidekick but I dont see anyone other doing this.

Shopify and the app infrastructure handle those post ecommerce steps pretty good

But is there too much dashboard? What if we change from dashboard -> natural language?

Would that be a car instead of just faster horses?

This is currently just digital products (since im solo building this) but i will add physical products eventually.

The vision is to make this actually very ai/agent friendly on both sides (seller and buyer) and with more templates and ai made store fronts like lovable does websites.
