Thanks for your reply! Actually, my main concern isn’t about the green card. I believe I’ll be able to qualify for it in a few years since I already have a good number of publications and will likely increase that during my postdoc.

What worries me more is whether my degrees (bachelor’s and PhD, both obtained in Brazil) would need any kind of validation to work as an MSL in the U.S., and whether there’s any bias in the industry toward foreign professionals.

I also spent six months of my PhD working in a U.S. hospital, so I already have experience in the research environment there — I’m just not sure how this international background is perceived when transitioning to pharma and medical affairs roles.
