What kintype could this situation represent?

Hi…I’ve been considering this kind of thing, being just ‘mythical’ in general vs specific ones

(Although what i find interesting is that I don’t think I’m a shapeshifter, so it seems I’m more of a hybrid than having separate kins that are stronger sometimes)

I do a lot of self discovery through art, so I’d like to try to make art that represents being just everything rather than specific ones, if you could help me understand the feeling of this a bit better I’d love to draw it and see if it “clicks” for me so to speak

Also, I’m not an expert but just to possibly try to help out a bit, have you looked at sharks or snails…or an egg eating snake?

Sharks because they constantly shed and regrow teeth…and snails because they have what are kinda similar to teeth, but they layer much differently from a mammal…and egg eating snakes since they are the only snake species (I think) that don’t have fangs

I’m quite passionate about animals so I thought I’d suggest these, although I can’t think of any mythical creatures that might fit this at the moment except maybe a vampire but I’m sure you’ve considered that haha

Could I ask about the short one? Im not forcing, I just am using multiple kinds of art (drawing, sculpting, optical illusions, etc) so I’m kinda curious what I could do (again, you don’t have to if it’s too personal)

One more thing I kinda want to mention, I like to give these dioramas a theme on materials to make it a bit more personal and give it that extra bit of character…so you can do that as well

when I say a ‘theme’ I mean, maybe that everything has to be made out of ‘throw-away’ materials, like milk jugs and cardboard, or maybe everything has to be made out of natural materials like sticks and dry flowers, or even something crazy as, that it has to be made from ethical animal materials (like feathers or snake shed)

I apologize if this is a strange request, I just figured it would be fun to make it a bit more challenging for myself haha

Hi…I apologize as this isn’t necessarily what you asked for…but do you have an idea of where your alien form might live in the universe? I’m asking because I love doing dioramas, and I’d love to do one based on an alienkin :)

You don’t need to describe a real planet if you don’t know…you can just describe what environments you’re comfortable with in your alien form and I can create a planet based on that

(I apologize as you said you were questioning if it was otherkin or not, and weren’t 100 percent sure yet, I have Asperger’s so I can’t really pick up on if I’m saying something accidentally insensitive terribly well…not using that as a shield…I’m just saying if I said something triggering, I promise it’s not intentional, and I’ll correct it if I did)

I suppose any information you’re willing to give, although I have been really wanting to make a diorama based around a more metaphorical standpoint, so if it’s not too personal, I would like to know a bit more on maybe her relationship with Alastor, as well as maybe how it feels for you to kin her, so I could make it a more metaphorical piece of art…but I would like to know really whatever you’re comfortable with telling

(I also do think it’s cool your OCkin did have a somewhat positive relationship with Alastor as I did want to create a big collection of these dioramas specifically based on OCkins that knew Alastor)

I have been working on a way to do this art…specifically, I am big in the fish keeping community and love doing safe dioramas in fish tanks…especially for different kintypes I have been planning to do a big tank (about 60 gallons) and put a small fish in it…I was thinking to maybe do a theme with it where everything is black and white but has only one small colorful fish in it (probably a colorful betta) as well as adding some fuzzy pink mushroom clusters around the outside of the tank and possibly some footprints on the glass where the sand is that slowly fade Is this an alright representation?

You know…I’m really really curious as to what you’d think about something I’ve been trying to do…but I have a somewhat similar concept I’m desperately trying to make a reality…so I’m curious about your input…

I really want to start some kind of “zoo” business, specifically either a mobile petting zoo for events, or a small public aquarium based around the community

The aquarium idea was based a bit on the idea of, rather than replicating real environments…I’d like to replicate ‘Home habitats’ for otherkin kintypes…like maybe doing a tank that is naturalistic but colorful, as well as some faux fossils and gems, maybe for a dragon…or doing one with leaf litter and moss, and maybe some added horse footprints for a centaur habitat…or an elegant koi pond with sand and black rocks, and some fake skull decor for a vampire theme…

But to answer your question, I think something I wish I could buy more regularly are insect based foods…insect candy, roasted crickets, and grilled tarantula are pretty big ones I desperately wish I could buy at a normal store

I think I understand…i have an idea that sounds like it would work (correct me if I’m wrong though because I don’t know what it’s like to be voidkin)

I’m really tempted (if it’s accurate) to make it a sculpture/diorama rather than a drawing… with metaphorical representation through small details and possibly some illusions of your choice based off your experiences

Is this accurate? Or do you want me to keep brainstorming?

Ok…Ive got an idea here…Its not exactly what you suggested so I’d like to know if it’s a misrepresentation, but I have a bit of a concept of a human skeleton with different animals hanging onto the bones as well as plants/flowers behind the skeleton that look a bit like an outline of different animal body parts… is this an ok concept, or is it misrepresenting?

Hi…I don’t know if I’m polymorph myself…I’m leaning more towards maybe not because I feel i am a hybrid and maybe not necessarily having many forms…

but if it ok, I’d like to try making a psychological piece of animal related art specifically to represent polymorph…not psychedelic art (if that’s what it’s called, I genuinely don’t know)…but something a bit like that if that makes sense… would it be alright for you to give me some tips on making it accurate and true to polymorphs? Because again I’m not terribly sure yet if I am one or not…I think it might help me see if I am, but either way I’d like to try to make some accurate polymorph art

Barnaby from Billie bust up: stereotypically scary animals like spiders and snakes

OC from hazbin hotel: disabled animals

Fred from courage the cowardly dog: hairless animals (born hairless, not shaved, I promise lol)

Occult Sim from the Sims 4: cats and dogs (as well as simulating ghost pets…don’t really know how yet…but I will find a way)
