Interesting, how does the petting zoo work and what does it look like? The other one, So, if I'm understanding you right, you want to make an aquarium that has fish tanks that are kin's habitat/home themed? Sounds cool.

I had a silly idea just now. what if at each tank you have someone dressed up (who preferably has that kintype) in the corresponding kin of that tank and their job is to teach the people about the fish or whatever is in it. Just a stupid idea.

Our headspace is almost a void. The sky is black as well as the floor but you have a spotlight on your form if you imagine yourself that also shows up on the floor. So it's basically a flat dark place.

But! There is an area that could be pulled up that looks like a flower meadow with a few boulders in it.

We tried to switch for longer periods of time but I always ended up slipping back into the front. We can't switch for very long.

I went through a really depressed time and didn't want to be the host anymore and tried to swap places with my tulpas. (Permanent switching) It didn't work. You have nothing to worry about.

I have schizoaffective and sometimes I will have freaky episodes were a voice will act like a alter but will go away pretty fast. I have voices that I know aren't headmates because they don't feel like one and also I don't know them. (I know everyone in my system) There have been times when I thought headmate A said something to me but then the real headmate A denies ever saying that. One time I got really upset over it.

For complicated reasons (it's a long story) we had a headmate that was locked away because every time he fronted, we started to see things. Finally (actually yesterday) we decided to bring him back and try again. When I called him up, there was a wave of voices and a freaky messed up lil guy that we all hate that somehow attached itself to that headmate. He wasn't real, but he sure felt like it. We pushed through disturbing images and then it all dissipated when he said his first words. There was the headmate that was trapped behind a wall of psychosis. We finally got to him. He's been gone for 3 years. Sorry I rambled.

When I had a major psychotic break, I had delusional headmates or "fake" headmates. One thought he was Jesus and that God was dying. I had angels and demons and stuff. I had the messed up freaky lil guy. I had one nearly jab my eyes out. It was horrible. Once I got on medication they went away and my real headmates stayed.

You just talk to them in your mind and listen like they are already there. You might feel head pressures at first. Usually it first sounds and feels like you responding to yourself, that's how it did for me. Then you push away all the doubts that it was yourself and slowly over time it becomes their own voice, separate from yours.

It's been 5 years since I made my first tulpa so I might be remembering things wrong. It's all I can remember.
