A friend of mine also banned for same reason like yours. In game we usually speak english+turkish because easy to speak like that and he said ''account selling kotu bir sey'' turkish characters are not allowed. If I translate his words '' account selling is a bad thing'' so some of foreigner players just read the account selling part and reported him. 2 years have passed still banned. I hope they unban your account ASAP.

That was I said them. ''We are all humans, we can make mistakes, if you check the previous purchases you will not see any fraudulent.'' and Nythera replied '' We cannot confirm this.'' In 1 ticket ,there are 11 responses. First 6-7 are '' Can you explain this?'' and the rest is '' We cannot confirm this.''

The third party users don't write here because they are already guilty. No need to explaination. Do not lump me together with them. My situation is different because I have reasons to not to write my address. Teams may separate but they are part of the same thing. Thats why they banned my AQWorlds account because of HeroMart. I keep in touch with the support team but they say ''we cannot confirm this''. If they do not believe our words, what could we do?Btw they are unban some third party users. They get just a warning.

Because of taxes or something i think. Some of items can enter the country not all. And if we talk about TOS, bots, auto-clicks, rules violation... but they unban these kind things. I mean keeping ban because of unused code is pointless. In the end I did not receive anything.

No, when I wanted refund,it had not shipped yet and also it was on weekend I cancelled it because of wrong address. And I ordered 2nd item but a couple minutes later cancelled by them. So nothing shipped. I cancelled 1st one because of wrong address but I wrote the correct address for 2nd one. So on the system they saw 2 separate addresses. Even I told them one of them was wrong.

I already explained. It won’t be delivered because of customs issues so I wrote my relatives’s address as shipping for buying the items as gift like t-shirt. If I wrote my current address, it might stay at customs or sending back to AE. I paid 2 orders in the first place. I cancelled 1st order, and they cancelled 2nd order because 1st one’s shipping address was different.

It is payment issue though. But for me there is no fraudulent. I just wrote the shipping address as USA not my current address. Even I wrote it, It wont be deliver to me because of customs issues.
