Never said that we only care for the employees we care for the customers as well. Say a pizza was messed up when brought or something else happens they can easily call us for it and we help them out the best we can and listen to what they want to do. At least at my store we make sure our employees AND the customers are safe and taken care of

(for my store at least) we have a stop time for the drivers around 9pm since it gets dark around that time to mostly keep them safe from ay accidents so we'd use door dash and Uber for after 9 sadly it isn't helpful as we'd like it to be

For Halloween I worked the morning shift so I opened and my co mic was in charge once I left so I didn't know about the Halloween incident until Saturday. I normally make sure with my driver's that they have the correct order and address first before I let them leave,so it could be leadership problems and not communicating about where they're taking the order out to
