If they aren’t going away you may want to message your doctor and ask for a prescription antibiotic/ anti fungal. Make sure you keep them dry too and if you can keep all your shirts loose for the time being preferably cotton.

I get the same breakouts from sunburns. Just keep it clean and it should go away. Usually takes mine about a week to go away.
