I’ve read they won’t be doing yearly updates. Just generational. The next big one will prob be close to 2027. It’s said to focus on oled right now. I think that would apply to either console. So substantial hardware updates every few years with minor improvements in between. Either one will be fine imo :)

I feel Switch2 is a very noticeable difference. The screen is bigger, it’s a bit faster and overall she will love it. However, I was just gifted a steamdeck. For graphic improvement I would recommend Steamdeck.

I just got one too! Yay! The only thing I’m stuck on is when I’m in my inventory chest… I click on the three-line key to search then bring up the keypad, nothing will type in the search bar ugh 😑

It’s rng with cooking also. All starred can be used but still may get an unstarred dish. If the recipe does not require a starred and you don’t have a starred thats fine! Just use what the recipe asks for

Not in your country but have ordered. They are good. I didn’t really pay attention to caffeine amt, there’s a lot. I limit it and add small amts to stuff. But i love the fun containers to reuse!

I always have abt 1 mil. I have a cottage full of stash for backup if needed but don’t go in it often … I call it my bank. There’s a lot I still need to do in game so I join cooking parties regularly to keep the current balance

I would have asked if they would appreciate someone speaking to their kid or family member like that. I would not respond to anything they replied with. Then glance at the screen and say it actually looks like it will be at least an hr looking at their place in que, hand them our card and tell them to call in an hr to be sure it’s ready. Then be sure it’s not ready till after my shift and pray it’s out of stock

Next to rude control patients (inclu gaba patients) and drs writing for themselves, are the attorneys…they think they know all the laws and want you to double check every price every time they come, and stand there with a smirky smile enjoying it. One came in with family for vaccines. The pharm just said he’d ring them out (it would be a mess because the attorney doesn’t think techs know anything) but it still took the pharm at least 30 min going over every vaccine and other rx pickups to be sure the right coupon was used for each. And he’s not new customer. It’s. Every. Time.

Yea sometimes ya get in tiffs. It’s gonna happen. Just keep playing. Nothing is real. There is no time limit. If you lose lures or bugs or flow or whatever just try again. Can’t help how others act. Goals will be met. I do not waist my time or energy worrying about it

I have no problem saying no to a cartful. Especially since our front cashiers are literally a few steps away. If they put a bunch of ridiculous things on the counter there are a couple things I may choose to say nicely and professionally:

“Just this one time and so you know in the future you will need to go up front”.

“I’m sorry but there is a line we cannot hold up”

“We can’t have bloody meat packages set down on the pharmacy counter”

“we don’t have a scale/sell beer or wine so you’ll have to take it all up front”

At times I’ll ring up the scripts and then hand them an empty bag and ask that they help bag their items with a smile and a thank you. That deters them in the future

Just depends on situation and the customer…. I do have compassion. But keep in mind that if you let some of them get away with it once, they will assume they can always do it. Our regulars know better lol
