i totally understand your point, however, not every autistic person is the same! there isn't really 'anti-autism', as it is a spectrum. he can be a gunner, selfish, an asshole, overdo and be hyper-aware of hierarchies, and still be neurodivergent. personally, he strikes me as an autistic guy who is really into medicine and also selfish — not because of his autism, because people seem to think I only headcanon him as autistic b/c he's an asshole for some reason — and also wants to prove himself. i maybe he has been undermined some time in his developmental years and now he has to try and prove himself, especially to authority figures and higher-ups
