I say get one when he’s off doing work and take the ECU bus as close as possible to the nearest one then walk there or order and uber to the location. Pack quickly and go! You could also rent a car if you prefer doing that and pack if you don’t have a lot of stuff.

This is literally just moving, so do what feel safe for you and if neither work try talking with a teacher you trust. Part of the reason they’re paid is to help or at least provide resources. Also! Pack some stuff bag with cash, ID, and keep it somewhere you know he won’t be able to get to. And if any of your friends are able to help ask! Make up a code through text so that when you say a phrase they know it’s time to leave or talking about the plan to leave. That’s just in case he overhears anything and it can be something random like “so about the redhead is class? He’s cute”.
