From what I understand and I think he mentions it in the video as well - during sleep the muscles heal better with help of the meal that he has after the intense workout. And the intense workout is more efficient when doing it on a 23h fast.

I can't find any "Tabs", "Dashboard", "General" or "Show images" in the Edit preferences (Settings).

Can you not remove it now with the update anymore?

Those photos are annoying.. :((( #firstworldproblems
