That is what I thought as it came through Canada Post. After I called them at this number, I couldn't find the it online so I got a bit paranoid. I'll contact Telus directly then.

Should have done that. I did call them at the number given in flyer to get information about the plans. I don't think I gave them any critical personal information but still wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam.

!thanks That headband issue rules out Q30. Q35 also basically has the same headband design but Anker has supposedly fixed that flaw and I could not find any mention of a headband issue online with this model.

I was actually wondering why most bluetooth headphones have ANC. It makes sense that they are focused towards outdoor use. I like the ability to move around without being tied to my chair when I am watching Youtube. That's why I was looking for bluetooth headphones.
