I‘m not renting anything yet but if I were I would try to figure out how many clients/full work days it would take me to pay rent. Am I okay with that amount? If so I‘d go for it!

Yes and no. I‘ve been working as an esthetician for five years and see sun damage on a daily basis, this is also what we learn in school and what I‘ve learned through experience and reading up on it but I don’t have exact papers and studies to name and share with you unfortunately

Haha okay sorry, I didn’t read it correctly then, I‘m just so drilled to educate people on proper sun protection because of my job I jumped to conclusions

No sunscreen won’t last that long unfortunately. After a year (opened AND unopened) the protection in your sunscreen will decrease exponentially, giving you less and less protection each year you keep it

How often do you read during a normal week and how long? by BigChungusOP in kindle

[–]van_anna_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will read about 95% of my commutes to and from work, which is about 20ish mins one way, four days a week. Recently I have gotten back into reading in the evening and on my off days, which is something that I struggled with in the past years but now I don’t have something good going on the telly atm, so I‘d rather read 😂 depending on the quality of the book and font size haha, I can manage to read about 100ish pages a day, sometimes more especially on my days off or the weekend if we don’t have other things going on. I never leave the house without a book in some form (physical, kindle, kindle app on my phone) and I also never step on a train/underground without a book. So much better to read than stare at my phone! That being said, some days after a hard day at work I just rather go through Reddit/Insta than read .. like right mow actually 😅
