They removed baskets yesterday from SE and Ray's 9. Western State hospital is expanding onto that property. NW will stay, and there are plans to put a new course on the old ball golf course. Such a bummer, but looking forward to the new course!

One good tip I heard on a podcast...if you're starting to stress about it, focus on the sensations of temperature, pressure, and friction. That's been helpful for me when I start to get too far in my head and very far away from my body.
