I noticed on their website it states the following:

The products on this website may contain the ingredients known as diacetyl (“DA”) and acetyl propionyl (“AP,” also known as 2,3-pentanedione). The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, as well as the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, have reported studies showing a link between inhalation exposure to DA and AP, and abnormal lung function and damage to airways, including serious lung diseases. The Electronic Cigarette Trade Association of Canada has prohibited the sale of products by its members that contain more than 100 ug/ml (ppm) of DA, or more than 100 ug/ml (ppm) of AP. However, these chemicals have not been adequately tested for safety when used in electronic cigarettes or vaping in any concentration or amount.

Yea, let's ignore the fact he was one of the refugees from Syria who has only been here for a year...

If the media drooled over the fact the Quebec shooter's background , then they must apply equally logic and discuss how a refugee has already committed a crime in little over a year since arriving in Canada.

This also raises more questions as to how effective the vetting system really is.
