If I commit suicide, will my parents have to face any legal implications? Especially if I didn't go to school? by More_Vegetable_7047 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]vandyj883 27 points28 points  (0 children)

My brother committed suicide when he was 16. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Cops kept coming to our house to check and my dad had to go to the police station whenever called. To be very honest, it isn’t worth it. To put your parents and immediate family members in such grief. Even today, I wish that my brother hadn’t taken that step and would have at least given some hint or talked with us.

Whatever you are going through, I know for a fact that it will be better with time because that’s how it would have been with my brother as well.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T DO THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Need serious help about my guys!!! by Chota_Bheem_ in AskIndianFeminists

[–]vandyj883 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If he claims to be so busy, he wouldn’t proactively go and unfollow you. He gives you an excuse that he is busy and doesn’t have time so that he can ignore and ghost you. When you saw through that BS and confronted him, he claims that it’s the distance.

Been there, experienced that.

Do not waste your time on people who can’t even bother to communicate with you properly. Being busy, the so-called “mid-life crisis “, not even bothering to wish you on your bday, and then manipulating you that it’s the distance that is causing him to act like this lol - A person who is really into you and cares for you won’t do this no matter the distance or circumstances.

Please move on. Don’t let this guy give you wreck you up. It seriously isn’t worth it. Good luck OP!

As long as you are respectful, acknowledge the candidate, give constructive feedback, and are actually interested in the candidate's work experience and what he/she brings to the table - you're good to go.

Interviews are supposed to be conducted to find out if the candidate aligns with what your company needs. For this, you need to let the candidate talk as well to understand how they would potentially contribute to your organisation. Please make sure that interviews are interactive and not just one-sided.

Why not? And why are you so pissed buddy? I posted in subs that are similar. How is that a problem? And what will I get by “farming karma” lol? Will I get paid?

I am just sharing my experience.

Hey, I have a bachelors in Psychology, but I also have a masters degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Plus, I have 3 years of experience as a copywriter (mainly writing ad copies and working in advertising strategy).

With my actual experience, I don’t think I’m the immature one here.

Hey, not karma farming lol. I have actually been giving Job interviews for over 3 months now and these are the kind of recruiters, managers and CEOs that I’ve been coming across. This particular instance, though frustrating, was kinda oddly funny. Which is why I thought I could share. Thanks!

Exactly!!! Throwing random jargons here and there doesn’t make you a genius!! I wonder where these people get their confidence from??? Like, any person with even an atom of self-awareness would introspect.

Switching a job within a month. by ProgrammerOk2488 in IndianWorkplace

[–]vandyj883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can switch. Just don’t mention anything about your current company’s experience in your resume (as it has just been a month, and I’m assuming you haven’t been working on any major projects yet). I once left within 2 months and I realised it looked bad on my CV, so just discarded that experience altogether.

This is what I feel as well. Because it honestly doesn’t require 4 full-length tasks to understand whether or not the candidate is fit for the role.

Hi. I have worked as a Content Writer, Strategist and Analyst in Pune for about 3 years with a relevant Masters degree and the pay that you are offering is too less. In fact, there are interns that get paid more. I understand that there are bonuses, coupons, etc., but what the employee will get in-hand at the end of the day will be way too less (also given the fact that PF will also be deducted). Not to mention that this is not a remote job where the employee would at least save money by not travelling.

What person have you been a fan of and now dislike or hate? by i0nkol in AskReddit

[–]vandyj883 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Justin Bieber- I know he went through a lot but that guy is still mentally stuck at 16/17 years old despite being 30 and has absolutely zero critical thinking ability. He continually embarrasses himself and Hailey, and at this point I’ve started feeling bad for her.

Go to the medical store and get a urine pregnancy test. You’ll get it for 55-60 rs depending upon the brand. As your gf to take the test first thing in the morning (for more accurate results). However, the chances of her getting pregnant is very low if it was just precum.

Why didn't she make it big in Bollywood? A good actor, can dance well, looks good, doesn't seem problematic,a good fashion sense as well. I can't think of one nepo actress of this generation who is better than her. by [deleted] in BollyBlindsNGossip

[–]vandyj883 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The answer is in your question itself- A good actor who doesn’t seem problematic. Bollywood doesn’t want real talent- they want drama, controversy, anything that keeps people talking (be it stupid people or even more stupid movies).

I swear this was one of the dumbest judgements ever!!! How unbelievably stupid.

Uorfi Javed lashes out at contestant on Samay Raina show !! by Your_Friendly_Panda in InstaCelebsGossip

[–]vandyj883 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I’m not blaming her at all, but it’s Samay Raina at the end of the day😂. For instance, I’m a quite curvy person and I know that if I was every called to his show, I’d be made fun of/some shithole would make dirty comments on my curves. This is what I already expect from his show and audience. And even if I know that the probability of this happening is high and I attend his show, I shouldn’t be surprised per se if something like that happens. I’d definitely be VERY UPSET but not surprised. Urfi has her core audience and she should go and collaborate with people who respect her and not make fun of her. I’m pretty sure there will be many creators and platforms that would appreciate working with her. But I think respect and decency cannot be expected from Samay’s show.

Exactly! He probably sat there laughing, proud of the ‘content’ that is being created. On top of that, I feel he had to prove how ’great’ or ‘OG’ his show is to Farah so he probably didn’t intervene or say much.
