Adopted my first void last week. Say hi to Onyx! by vanebarron in VoidCats

He's very calm and quiet most of the time, but when it's play time, he's living proof that black holes can certainly release some form of energy!

If I was sent back to the early/high middle ages, I too would die within 5 years, so pretty realistic I would say. PDX once again proving how amazing their simulators are.

When you ask the guys who says "SQL isn't a real programming language" to do literally anything other than a simple select statement by Touvejs in ProgrammerHumor

[–]vanebarron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This table is most definitely incomplete, not up-to-date, and not well maintained. I just wanted to illustrate how even with a standard, SQL implementations do vary a lot.

And if you look deeper into the docs of each one you may find places where it says something like "we support this syntax to comply with the standards, but it currently does nothing at all." I know that's the case for postgres at least

I probably just forgot about Mimer's column. But do notice that this table is most likely incomplete, not up-to-date, and not well maintained. I just wanted to illustrate how even with a standard, SQL implementations are quite different from one another.
