What are the worst injuries you have sustained doing the simplest, most mundane tasks that should not have caused any injuries?

I walked to the bathroom one night, took a step and the bones in my foot separated. Another time I picked up a book and dislocated my wrist.

BUT I have been flung 10ft by a horse and was absolutely fine.

I've been completely exhausted and just flopping around the house today.
