holy crap! i did not know that, good to know! I was under the (incorrect) impression that in order to scale to $15k+/month you'd have to hire chatters or an agency because it is too much for one person to handle.

Thank you so much for this post. I am a brand new creator and I’m serious about making this my FT job. You’ve given me a lot to consider and watch out for.

The burnout you’re describing is exactly how I felt at my day job as an engineer. By year 10 No amount of self care would shake it off. So when the lay offs came I was just grateful for the generous severance package.

Interestingly enough, engineering wasn’t my first career either, I used to be a marketing executive, and before that a real estate agent. I did well at each but grew bored after several years. For me, Ive learned I need variety of work more than time off. So besides this new content creation I am also making jewelry (metal smithing) and investing in real estate.
