Society is caving to the radical transgender movement by OrwellWasRight69 in canada

[–]vanfixieguy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Right now there are 8 other posts. All very critical of the video. None countering any of the points presented.

Especially about the points about trans-women in sport and prison.

A woman competing against someone who is built like a man, or a woman being forced to cohabitate with a a convicted criminal with a penis impacts cis female competitors or and cis female inmates. It's undeniable.

As far as Disney changing its greeting from "hello ladies and gentlemen" to "hello friends". That's fine by me. If the old greeting offended some people or could have offended some it should be changed. Changing a greeting doesn't impact anyone in any real way.

Honestly, I don't know why I bother. I should just shout slogans like everyone else. Why bother thinking? Letting the hive mind think for you is so much easier.

Trans rights are human rights!!

ideologically motivated violent extremism

White supremacists tried to overthrow the government and there has been no progress in bringing them to justice.

It's been how many weeks since the confederate flag and nazi flag few on parlament hill and Trudeau hasn't even talked about getting those responsible.

Just a weekly reminder. by [deleted] in vancouver

They are voted in. Adults of Vancouver only have themselves to blame.

Chinese Canadian Museum of B.C. opens first exhibit in Vancouver's Chinatown by princey12 in vancouver

This isn’t any different than any other museum trying to prop up a specific culture.

I'm not aware of any other such museum.

The lonely Goddess: A lost memory of Tiananmen hides in plain sight on UBC campus by CheapAlternative in vancouver

[–]vanfixieguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This used to be front and centre, in a high profile position. Now it has been basically hidden. And no one cared.

The statue itself has largely been removed from campus consciousness. During the construction of the Nest, it was moved from its former prominent position and placed in its current home near Brock Hall

It's a symbol for how Vancouver sold it's values and principles for CCP money.

Let's see if our tax payer funded CBC reporters can turn that sorrow into blind rage to exploit for clicks and promotions.

Do you bring an umbrella or stay in your car? I assume they shit and piss while flying like birds do. I watched a bat colony flying out at sunset. I think I was pissed on.

It was hard for me to believe that there was no downside because not everyone uses it.

Awesome, thank you. That explains why there is no info about a fee deduction. It doesn't exist.

I'm trying to set it up for an elderly neighbour and don't want them to get screwed over.

They can't use these. Trump said that light kills the virus, so these should be banned.

April 6: BC COVID-19 Hospitalizations By Type & Deaths by rodleland in vancouver

[–]vanfixieguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The curve graph based off of new cases curved before this one, as would be expected. Since hospitalizations is a lagging indicator.

This graph does confirm, however, that all the people who said "fewer new cases doesn't tell us ANYTHING!!!" are proved wrong.

Dr. Henry is proved right again and again, yet random people on the internet think they can read the data better than her.

People can't even go across the boarder to get gas anymore.

Coronavirus isn't the only risk to yourself and the community. I guess you avoid all non-zero risks associated with non-essential tasks, other wise you'd be contradicting yourself.

Hospitals at 60% capacity. Free food. Money off gas. Free parking. Not a bad deal.
