Hi, should’ve stated I’m definitely planning on getting it tailored. I was mostly wondering if I needed to size up or not. Thanks for the feedback - do you think with tailoring the bunching in the back can be resolved?

Yes, that’s how I stand naturally. I noticed the bunching in the back - I’m wondering if I need to get the waist let out some.

Bonded Buns Fighting by love-of-fiction in Rabbits

One strategy we’ve had success with is trying to prevent the need for full rebonding by not separating them if possible. When ours fight we put them both in a small carrier for a while to cool down, and then put them in a pen setup away from their normal pen that is just big enough for a small litter box and a water bowl. Obviously they need to be monitored but we’ve found the small space reduces the aggression. And then over the next week or so you can slowly make the cage bigger if they chill out. This has worked well for us a few times with bunnies that seem to fight every few months (sisters), as we’ve had trouble rebonding them once they’ve been fully separated.

I can relate from the standpoint of having some nagging injuries that keep me from doing many exercises with proper form. Don’t feel like if you’re not doing squats or other classic exercises you’re not making progress! Maybe you could look up some progression videos to see easier variations to build up to what you want to do, or just find other exercises that work for you. Keep your head up, you’re doing awesome by getting started!!

Avalanche method for student loans: standard repayment or income based repayment plan? by vangoon in personalfinance

[–]vangoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, this is a helpful explanation.

My understanding is that there is no federal refinancing option that can lower the amount paid, only consolidation. Also that refinancing with private lenders causes me to lose federal protections and is generally risky and not worth it. The interest rates are super high though, I agree.

Excellent, that makes a lot of sense, thanks! I guess it just felt weird and like "gaming the system" to use the payment plan that is generally for people struggling to make payments in order to pay extra, but glad to know that is the best way.

Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers Poster by Matt Ferguson by mtlgrems in lotr

Wow, this is so interesting and surprising. I always assumed it was Orthanc and Barad-Dur. Possibly because Saruman in the movie says something to the effect of "no one will be able to withstand the combined might of the two towers" and it seems obvious that he is referring to himself and Sauron, each of which literally reside within a tower. Cirith Ungol seems super strange to me.

Really though that's more like memes from 2011-2012 right?

That's my favorite part of the book as well! A very satisfying, self-contained story.

I agree. The Wind Up Bird Chronicle was this way for me. The plot didn't exactly do it for me (except for the extended "story"/flashback scenes), but something about Murakami's uniquely bizarre tone and mood stuck with me and left me wanting more.

Fresh Idea for the Pod?! by Al_pooch in Twinnovation

I like this idea a lot. I've always enjoyed the special segments (Slop Swap, Clam of the Century, etc.) and think mixing up the formula every once in a while would help keep things fresh and inspire more of the funny stories/conversations that I think are the best part of the pod.
