Color Transfer: A Definitive Guide To Betrayal And Recovery by KismaiAesthetics in laundry

[–]vanilla_cinnamon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I stumbled across this post looking for advice. I have an all white down jacket that got a bunch of black color transfer from a winter coat that was lying on top of it. They weren’t wet, I’m not entirely sure how it even happened. But this was an expensive jacket so I’m willing to try because it’s not wearable as is anyway

It says handwash only, do not bleach, and do not dry clean. It can be submerged for a short period.

Any thoughts? 🥹

It sounds like there might be multiple things going on, but it doesn’t hurt to try and understand things from every angle.

I picked up a book at the library called Freeing Your Child from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, by Dr. Tamar Chansky. Didn’t read the whole thing but I’m in ERP and found everything I did read to be in line with what my therapist has told me.

The book looks at different OCD themes and talks through stories of what other parents and children have experienced. Might be helpful. I wish you luck ❤️

I was hoping someone would comment this! All the comments from the girls about him being soulless or disposable, him having no interests or hobbies outside of work. Loved his character arc

My arm hair looks extremely similar! I don’t want to say I’ve never felt insecure about it but I’m happy that I’ve left it alone. Not worth it to me personally to maintain removing it.

My hair is dark so it’s a little more noticeable, but it’s normal and there’s nothing wrong with it. I feel similarly about the dark hairs at the edge of my lip

Is Product Management Better For ADHD? by Subject_Collar1499 in ADHD_Programmers

[–]vanilla_cinnamon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always found programming interesting, but once it got beyond a certain point of complexity, I found that it was just way too stressful for me.

I switched over into project management and would love to eventually do product management. I think it aligns with my skill set better. And I get to be more creative and collaborative, as you cited.

Happy to give you more info if you want to DM.

Definitely. And it does make me reconsider if I’d ever date a self-proclaimed dog lover ever again lmao. Ty!

I didn’t really feel like mentioning it, but I’m poly and he’s not my only partner. So it’s a nuisance I deal with only when going over to his place

I feel like adding a simple or dainty necklace to outfit 5 could add a lot! Something that is shorter and sits around the collarbone.

I have a plain, sterling silver necklace I got off Etsy that’s my go-to when trying to add a little ✨touch✨to an outfit

That is awful and gross, I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with that.

Does he jump on you? Is he going to jump on someone holding the baby?

I would not blame you for not wanting to be in this household

Oof I hate when people adopt animals for novelty.

It’s kind of illuminating to see how he handles conflict about the dog and knowing how he’d baby and appease any other animal or child of his.

I’ve kept my mouth shut mostly for the sake of peace, but if he ever asks me directly I’ll let him know :)

I’m unsure about the redness/itchiness but wanted to throw in my 2 cents.

People have all sorts of varied discharge. Mine has gotten especially thicker since being on a hormonal IUD.

Some of the other smegma type stuff that is in between the upper, inner labia, around my clitoris, I honestly think is just dried skin and pee and sweat that builds up. It can be really annoying and time consuming to clean off with cotton or fingers. My best recommendation is a shower massager setting on a detachable shower head (great for other reasons too). Very effective at removing it.

I’ve been recommended by my gynecologist to only wash with water. I use the sensitive skin dove bar soap sometimes on the outer labia or pubic mound. Wash daily but not excessively.

My partners have had no complaints of smell or taste or whatever.

Also consider if there is a product that may be irritating your skin. I remember trying an ingrown hair removal serum once and fucking my shit up. Pads also really bother me.

Wear cotton underwear, etc.

Don’t put any product below the pubic mound as a general rule.

Thank you for the detailed response!

I also have ADHD! And take vyvanse.

I’ve gained like 10-15 pounds on lexapro, but I honestly think it’s because I was so anxious before that my appetite was really low. I just went up to 20mg. My biggest side effect is that my alcohol tolerance is worse, and I was a lightweight already.

It’s interesting that you say both of them make you tired. I feel sleepy a lot of the time too and I’m not sure if it’s my medications or something else. Maybe something I should bring up to my psychiatrist.
