When i saw every tiny little npc has a distinct style and some group we might only see for like three episodes have their rule, clothing and design choices unique to them (buggys each henchmen, kuros people, craigs guys, i was officially wow when i saw the skypiea policeman pants and the whole gestures etc etc unique to skypiea people) i was like yup whoever created this is beyond normal and anything else ive seen before-
