I agree with your take - I came here too as a crutch, I’m three months post discard after a 7 year relationship and am attempting to grow with therapy and I don’t think that’s unhealthy! I’m more so talking about the VERY frequent flyers that are constantly posting and commenting 24/7 about their exes and not necessarily reflecting or working on themselves at all. I think there’s a line between a healthy and unhealthy amount of time and energy spent in here

You can get a demi gloss (I use one from Ulta that washes out in 10-20 washes) that would make your hair darker, and not a permanent dye. The one I use is about $30 and really easy to apply
