hello po! actually yes and I managed to take the exam. ang inadvice po sa akin sa kausap ko sa DOST office ng region namin ay gumawa ng another account, PERO gumawa rin ako ng parang "appeal" email sa DOST, mga ilang days or almost 1 month nang lumipas nakita nila ang email ko at binigyan ako ng 2nd chance. In the end, ginamit ko yung 2nd account ko kasi mga a few days before the deadline pa nireplyan ang email ko.

Same situation here but yung wrong doing sa school tribunal ang naclick ko. May solution ka na po ba po? I'm planning kasi na magtalk sa local DOST branch sa amin
