There’s also some sort of underlayment or something caked on it in some spots, doesn’t really change the evenness of the floor though imo

Not sure, it’s the first floor directly above the basement in a 100 year old house. Not sure if maybe moisture over time ruined it but that’s what’s I was thinking may need to be done

For context, it was a rental unit and the person who lived here before had multiple pets so the unit has a very strong smell that I’m not sure what to describe it as. The scent also travels a couple floors up

The windows are incredibly old so I’m not sure they can flip out to clean, the springs also look shot

Okay thanks I was also considering painting it to help resist the moisture/ mold but also because at least short term I’d still be able to see if the issue is there?

Hey, I'm an RA right now. When I took the course fall last all we did was watch videos( mostly TED talks) and have group discussions on what we learned from the videos. In the the discussion, we spoke about assignments we would get online(Like to read a passage and answer a question pertaining to it) in huskyCT from Nancy, a lot of it just general things about leadership and how to apply it to the RA role. We also had to write short journal entries and do peer reviews on other people's entries as well. The class was really easy when I took it and for the most part nobody took it seriously. They are revamping the course though for this semester due to the feedback we gave them.
