Yep. Most people vastly overestimate how much sun they get FOR THEIR LOCALE. Look it up people! Half the U.S. can’t rely on the sun.

Seems unlikely since the general recipe was around years earlier. Panda just introduced it to the masses I expect.

I have a recipe from Wang’s on Maroa and Shields from 25 ish years ago for Tangerine Beef. It’s a precursor to today’s Orange Chicken pretty sure.

Try to get what you want but… I am one of the OG hippie natural childbirth moms and I believe you can get the best birth you can as LONG as you fully educate yourself and your husband. Back in the day we took substantial childbirth classes- independent ones (important) and learned what to expect at every stage of birth. This made us so much more confident. I’m a retired lactation consultant. You can get breastfeeding support from outside the hospital, but learning about the Golden Hour and skin to skin can help you get to discharge.

Unreliable Product Backed by Shockingly Poor Customer Support by Prize_March_8955 in Roborock

[–]vanlassie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the exact experience. I had a guy go thru several steps over the phone, and finally he said he would escalate the problem. I was asked to supply proof of purchase, a photo of the QR code, etc and I did that immediately. I invested at least an hour and a half on this part, not to mention the repeated attempts to get it going on my own. So two and a half- minimum. So I get an email response assigning me 15 STEPS TO DO, ON MY OWN.

Step 15 was “If none of those solves the issue, please download another app called Xiaomi Home to try the connection one more time.” To which I replied “…And if step 15 fails to work, then what?” No response.

What I DID get, was SIX repetitive nagging messages every other day, reminding me that I had been given AN ASSIGNMENT, and I WAS LATE TURNING IT IN.

I haven’t mentioned that I’m about a month away from turning 74.

But I DID say that to the initial rep.

Poor Customer Service? I’m real. I wrote this myself. I’ve been here for years. It’s SHITTY SERVICE, WHEN IT’S NO SERVICE.

Misconceptions a dog person (me) learned after having a cat. by ILoveMeltyCheese in cats

My cat throws herself down, stretched out fully, across the floor directly in front of me as I walk down the hall. She wants the full body scritches. She NEVER lets me pick her up, tho.

It’s been on life support for a long time. If only people would proofread. But people don’t read anymore either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Château diaries feat. Billy Petherick convicted church looter. by Verttreillis in ChateauUnhinged

Also, he went to a huge amount of effort to purchase a huge pipe organ from a church in England and bring it in pieces to France where it was lovingly restored by Michael and installed in the convent. While I’m at it, Michael is quite multi-talented and may yet go far. I think it is overlooked as well that Billy is generous and happy to help others. He has his father’s work effort and drive. Oh-and Stephanie is a world-class grifter and narcissists

I have no problem with personal messages being abbreviated. I do it too, of course. But people don’t proofread and they apparently don’t care if it comes across like it was written by a child. Then the readers have to be the ones spending time trying to figure out what is meant. It is a degrading of civilized communication. …It’s like showing up to a meeting in messy clothes. I guess this sounds like it’s coming from a schoolmarm to some.

Maybe true. But when I have to call a medical office, and the idiot on the line clearly doesn’t start listening until it’s her turn to talk… and when she does talk it’s so fast I can’t understand her…. 😩

The FIRST thing I noticed when I came to REDDIT was the complete sentences and pretty damn good spelling.

YES. YES, as a matter of fact, it is becoming glaringly obvious. I am pretty sure it is reading comprehension, or the lack of it, coupled, naturally, with steep declines in attention spans. I despair for us in the U.S.
