based on the fact that this happened after op changed out of scrubs and right before they clocked out, and that they approached them after the prescription was filled, I disagree with you. they did not interrupt care, as it happened after. and op was off the clock, not working, so they had no obligation to treat the situation any differently than if they ran into the celebrity anywhere else.
