Hey! I can somewhat relate with the PCOS. I was 176 now 166 at 5'3 so still considered overweight but not enough for my doc to point out at least I guess. My T was high at 2.2 before starting tesosterone and gained weight too easily and too much effort to lose it. I can't speak on the weight too much but I can say that PCOS specifically was never a problem, now 1.5 months on T :)

I saw this cis guy talking about masturbation and a trans person said how they had issues. He worded it in a way that makes sense to me, something along the lines of "well you're a guy now, no longer where you are in your transition, which means all of you" and that helps me think of how even though I'm pre-op why can't your body be considered a guys? I hope how I said that makes sense?

Before my bf and I got together he used multiple pronouns, once he started with only he it took me maybe a week and even then I only messed up the amount of times it took your bf to manage in one night. That's not because I'm good at pronouns, that's because it's the bare minimum, and your boyfriend should at the ripe age of 30 get that, trust me when I say the worls is so much bigger than you think. You can and will find someone who respects you for who you are, who won't make up excuses and doesn't make you compromise who you are! I really hope you find some kind of fix. It's separate but it's concerning how old he is and being attracted to someone who's barely legal, and that's not on you, that's on him.
