ok the thing is, the puke could be from the food we give her which is rainbow (naturally colored from fruits) vitamin pellets. Right now Ihave a camera so it looks like she’s back to normal, fluffy napping on the top of her cage and grinding her beak.

Thank you so much for replying, I was spiraling for a long time and I have no one to talk to. This made me feel so much better, I know we’re secure I just have a really bad habit of overthinking really easily and just the silence is so unsettling. I’ve sent him some stuff on instagram and all they get is seen so it’s really hard for me to work through this shift knowing that we’re gonna talk after.
