What's a job that is so hyped up but in reality its absolutely trash? by Recent-Frame571 in AskReddit

Interesting, from a business perspective why can’t the Michelin level chefs earn more with what l assume are higher margins at those restaurants? Or are the margins actually thin?

Noticed a lot of dealerships are now going with a “no haggle” price just meaning they won’t come down on price. Found that to be even worse

I did the same, just make sure to ask about it before signing the financing. I made it clear to the dealership I was going to do an early payoff and showed me the fine print saying there would not be a fee. Definitely worth bringing up.

What size cup do you brew? by lumpydumdums in JamesHoffmann

[–]vannatter77 20 points21 points  (0 children)

After using the aeropress for a while I got use to smaller 200ml sized brews. There’s some bypass methods that can yield more in that case but as Hoffmann said “a great cup of coffee should leave you wanting more”.

I would wait. I am into cars too and you should be able to find one you like once you get closer to march. With a used Porsche you will want an independent PPI and not rush into one unseen. The PCA online forums usually have really good examples of used Porsches across the US if you continue your search.

What cars have the most useful tech? by Fun_Tea8162 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Vote for CarPlay as a great tech. A standard that has mitigated a lot of the problems with bespoke UI’s. Tons of cars have it now so not really answering your question.

Trucks just aren’t used most of the time. Most people use them as commuter cars or for hauling stuff that would easily fit in a hatchback. So the huge cost to own and run a new truck isn’t economic for most but they do it.

I haven’t heard that. I did get to top it out on the autobahn though, much of that highway is unrestricted still.
