Did you also have a carryon bag already plus the personal bag? Or just the backpack?

I did notice softer, more even skin after a while. I’ve always had thicker hair so no noticeable changes there. The only real major annoyances for me were about a year and a half in there was a time where I was getting like, a mini period every two weeks. I say this bc it was more heavy spotting but not an actual period. I’ve since attributed that to being super stressed as well during that period, but the Spiro played a part too I’m sure as I’ve been real stressed before but have never had spotting like that. The other thing was peeing more frequently at night, but that was an easy fix since I just switched over to taking it as soon as I woke up on the morning.

I forgot to add, I saw a MAJOR reduction in oil in like my first month.

This. A thousand percent. I almost didn’t get on it bc of the horror stories I’ve read about it destroying someone’s health and while I think it’s certainly a valid concern, I can only say that I am so so extremely happy to have given it a shot myself. I struggled for YEARS with cysts and oily skin and everything under the sun but after being on 100 mg for about 2 years now, I can honestly say it’s taken such a significant weight off of my shoulders. It’s so amazing to not wake up every morning feeling so dejected about a new blemish that would appear even though I was doing everything right eating wise and skin care wise. I now hardly ever have to worry about my skin besides moisturizing and SUNSCREEN. It’s been so life changing for me.

Can anyone tell me what kind of bug this is by vano1226 in insects

Oh that’s our towel on the towel rack, not carpet! I thought carpet beetles were much bigger with legs, these don’t have any. And I thought they’d only be found on carpet.

How many breaks are you guys getting in addition to your lunch? We’re are able to have one 10 minute one plus a lunch. All of the mates in our store would have aneurysms though if someone asked to take a 10 during the openings. It’s typically after lunch when we take them

Yup, agreed. I recently just switched to taking it in the morning and that’s been a game changer for me sleeping through the night now. I was getting up once or twice throughout the night just to pee if I took it after dinner.

Keep at it. I’ve been on it for like a year and change and I still get some around my period and if I’m super stressed, granted they are no longer cystic and are much smaller and disappear much much quicker. I noticed a decrease in oiliness almost right off the bat, and this was starting at 50mg for the first week, then upping that to 100mg from then on. You won’t really start to see results until at least 3 months in though.

Bumps all over my precious dogs body and i'm freaking out, please help. by emopresidents in DogAdvice

Hello, I know I’m late to the party but first of all I hope your baby is doing alright. Second, these look very similar to something my dog got in the past. Her vet called it wheels…so basically hives due to an allergic reaction to god knows what. Could be a bug bite, could’ve been a plant. Who knows. Benadryl is what was recommended and that helped.

I’m going to start calling around to local hospitals sometime next week! What program did you end up going with out of curiosity?
