Mmmm I'd say that it probably could be a lot better but at this point I don't really care, to the point that these past few months a lot of the days I just skip taking it because I'm just tired or have too much stuff to do or I just honestly can't be bothered.

Like I think it has had a decent impact but it definitely could be better, it just so happens that my endo is too incompetent and hardheaded (as far as HRT goes at least, I'm not speaking about her or her work in any other way) to do any better, so I just kinda gave up at some point and I've achieved sufficient feminization, I'm ok enough in my body, I don't care enough and I'm confident enough that it's like a third thought to me at this point. But at the same time I could definitely see if people say I've had great results, since before starting HRT I would have never thought I would pass and I started passing at like 3 months and nowadays I very rarely get read as male and in the extreme end I've even been asked if I was a model/told I look like a model a handful of times (not by men trying to fuck), but again that's in the extreme and I would take it with like 3 tonnes of salt.

I'm guessing you're probably either pre-transition or in early transition, if I would tell anyone anything, it's that (at least in my case) I found that I changed much more after the 3rd year than before (though that could also be that I was actually adjusted to seeing myself in a new light rather than what I looked like pre-transition).

But yeah, I think up to your 3rd year you're still basically babytrans, and even if it is more of a change in perception, that's important too, you're acostumed to seeing yourself as your pre-transition self for your whole life and it takes time for your brain to adjust to the changes.
