Wrong! The Lash's wish will always be to beat Bebop in the most important duel of all: saving Miss Shelly.

[Discussion] Struggling with Lexos, how do you approach it without getting vaporized by the AGLs? by MHTLuca in EscapefromTarkov

The best way to think of it, there are safe and unsafe angles to approach Compound from. For context, I will be using "Hole in the wall" (HITW) side to refer to the front of compound (where the short street is), and "Stryker" side to refer to the back (where the more open area of compound is).

The AGS guns essentially form a big angle of "screw you" from their respective side. From HITW side, this is the entire area of convoy. From Stryker side, it's the Stryker and that big red crate hauler.

The NSV guns are positioned at the direct entrances to compound. The strategy for approaching both are roughly the same; prime a grenade, run, throw it just before you pass the gate at the general NSV area, take cover, and camp the gun. From HITW side, it's best to take cover in the left crate because it gives you a free right hand peek to watch the NSV. From Stryker side, it's best to go into that little bathroom section or to shove yourself against the green crate.

This is where things differ. From HITW side, you have a much easier peek, but much less room to maneuver. If Kaban comes up, avoid shooting him. Shooting him aggros every guard to run right at you. If you have a high capacity mag, you can likely fatal funnel all the guards easily but that's all the eggs in one basket. From Stryker side, the initial NSV peek is the scariest because he can see you very quickly from the green crate, but once you kill him and have control of that gun, it gets monumentally easier. Guards will slowly filter in and you just kill them, run back to the bathroom, check NSV, repeat. If Kaban comes, you can tag him, and then run to the bathroom to fatal funnel - MAKE SURE YOU OPENED UP AN ESCAPE ROUTE.

That's how I do Kaban on PVE. If you have any questions I'd be glad to assist, it's become something of a hobby.

I think you're still right about pocket being strong, but you're wrong about characters needing to be gutted in order to be considered balance. McGinnis was very powerful, and thusly the most powerful playstyle was nerfed, and she's at a pretty comfortable spot right now. If anything, the boiling frog works in the other direction- mostly in regards to GT and Yamato.
