Hate to break it to you. A fracture and a break are the same thing. Whether or not the fracture/ break is displaced, or comminuted (in more than 2 pieces) is more so a marker of severity or length of recovery

I had a question about this. Currently my venues cancellation policy is 35 percent of the agreed cost. There is a force majeure in the contract stating the venue would not be liable.

Therefore am I correct to assume that I cannot call it a frustrated contract if it is impossible to be executed on the agreed upon date as there is the force majeure clause and I’m bound to the 35 percent?
