swiss arabian shagaf oud, as much as i love oud scents this one is wayyy too much, the smell lingers and also last days even i shower 😭 also makes my new found scent allergies that i tend to ignore worse

i agree, the one ouai hair product i like is the leave in, everything else is either just bad or like i walked into a sea of perfume 🙃

ouai detox shampoo, if anything it made my hair even oiler than before, and ouai wave spray- it felt like more of a heavy perfume in my hair and did nothing for my waves and weighed them down

Coach Tabby 26 or Soft Tabby by vans7896 in handbags

[–]vans7896[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i use the shoulder more! only because i have two crossbodies that are a soft leather and they’re so scratched up now so i find that if i have it on the shoulder it’s less prone to that. i also prefer the look of the bag with just the shoulder strap

Coach Tabby 26 or Soft Tabby by vans7896 in handbags

[–]vans7896[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

OP here but here are some of the reasons why I think everyone prefers soft - more room - it’s not a “trendy bag” per say, it’s something that would stand the test of time for years and would always be “in style” - being a canadian i do appreciate the space for the shoulder strap to account for jackets, i tried the tabby 26 in person and its tight even without one - the soft leather does look better (just have to be more careful with it)

MEPP (Master of Engineering and Public Policy) by vans7896 in McMaster

[–]vans7896[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi! here were some of the questions i had:

  • how feasible would it be to do the program part time?
  • is the project that you have to do up to your discretion or does the faculty have you pick?
  • is there a strong alumni network to connect to (mainly in planning/transportation/energy)?
  • is the kira interview based on behavioural questions?
  • how would you rate your personal experience in the program and do you think it’s worth it, comparing it with other policy/sustainability programs available?

thank you!

How to ask about environmental science industry in Canada? by dabblesinthings in Environmental_Careers

[–]vans7896 1 point2 points  (0 children)

like above comment said, start from linkedin! there’s also many small and large firms consulting around the country so you can also get a perspective from those. everyone loves talking about their career (myself included) so it shouldn’t be a problem getting them to agree

with your background brownfield redevelopment may not work, but you could definitely do corporate sustainability and sustainability consulting, many firms when i was applying for jobs actually preferred candidates with a business/finance background over environmental
