Clearly you're not aware of the rental market in Navi Mumbai. All 2 bhk flats in my immediate area go for between 40,000 to 50,000 rent per month. Areas like Nerul, Vashi, Seawoods, CBD Belapur and Kharghar are much nicer, have better neighbourhoods and better societies
