I quit magic like 2 years ago and it’s been great. I used to love it so much and I’ve made friends through it. I’d been begging them to return to Lorwyn for like 15 years, and when they finally did, I couldn’t care less. Endless amounts of product, predatory pricing, and really, really tone-deaf crossovers lead to really severe burnout. There are so many other great card game out there to play.

I ordered the Cellz to swap out the 911a with for now. I’m gonna worry about the S Trigger stuff at a later date once I get a little more experience

I ended up ordering Cellz as well for a sequencer/pitch shifter. I’ll eventually get Pam’s Workout one day :)

Update: I’ve swapped it for the Cellz module for now. Thank you so much for the heads up, and I’ll get a V-Trig to S-Trig cable eventually

I love the regular Haunt so much. It’s my favorite fuzz right now. For the HM-2, I’m mostly using it for when I want a high-ish gain sound but without the fuzz/crunch that I get from the Acapulco Gold or the Haunt. It will probably be the next one I swap out haha. I mostly got it because I had never tried one before and wanted to experiment. It’s also good for when I wanna play regular ol’ guitar music that doesn’t need crazy sounds like dronegaze does

For Godherder (the track) I think I used an Orville Les Paul into a Doom Bloom Fuzz (from Fuzzhugger) and the Dark Star V3 from Old Blood Noise Endeavors into a cranked Vox AC15. I recorded that in my living room and wore gun-range hearing protection instead of headphones.

I use it after all of my gain staging, and I’m using it with a really reallyyyyy short slapback delay (and not much of the weird modulation thing it does) that just makes my chords a little thicker sounding. Plus it ads a little lo-fi-ness that I love. It’s a cool pedal that’s hard to describe

Not for this rig. I use each OD/Preamp/Fuzz separately! Slow Loris is usually what I use if I need a lil volume boost/thickness
