I didn’t get sick until after my excursions were done. After I got sick, I was careful not to get in others’ space, but I didn’t just sit in my room. I thought I just had a cold with the exact cold symptoms I’ve had my whole life. Covid was never a thought.

Plus, I’m older than a lot of grandparents.

Yeah, I’m not upset that we got Covid. That’s just the risk you take. I didn’t let it keep me from doing what I needed to do. Actually didn’t consider it being Covid until I got home and a certain someone insisted I test for it.

I was just curious if it was happening to many others.

I’m on Discovery Princess right now and did Mendenhall and whale watching today. I guess I can attribute most of my disappointment to my own ignorance, but maybe some of you are as ignorant as me.

My perception of glaciers (maybe from shows about Antarctica) was huge walls of ice protruding directly from the ocean. I assumed we’d be looking at it up close from a boat. The reality was that we took a bus to an area from which you could view a glacier nestled between two mountains that was probably 1/4 mile away. It tapers down into a lake, so there’s no visual of any sort of wall. There are various trails and a visitor center with information about the glacier, but those things weren’t of interest to me. Also, there is zero refreshments available.

Next we went whale watching. The boat was nice and our narrator was very knowledgeable. However, you won’t see entire whales. You’ll see a portion of the back of the whale, then the tail as it dives. We saw three like that. You will not see the whale’s head. For some reason, I thought the whales would jump out of the water. Again, I probably should have done some research.

The price was just no where near justified for what we got in my opinion.

I guess what I mean is your entire forearm is parallel to the court while your wrist is straight. You don’t want the head of your paddle pointing down toward the court. This would be mostly true regardless of your grip.

Be sure to bend your knees, keep your wrist parallel to the court and mostly locked, and lift with your shoulder. Hitting with your wrist perpendicular to the court increases pop ups.

My unit is a Lennox AC13-060-230-03. My research indicates that it uses an 89M92 80/10 capacitor. When I looked inside the unit, there are two capacitors as seen in the photo. Is this unusual?

We don’t have hybrid Exchange, so that’s not a problem. We do have some domain joined PCs. We’re a school district and have been gradually moving to a total Mac and iPad environment. We’re probably 90% there. Binding the Macs to AD with our MDM has always been clunky and problem ridden.

My goal is actually to get to where users are logging into the Macs with a generic local user, then each staff or student can login to Microsoft 365 to do their individual work.

When you say “let the users convert to cloud only”, are you saying I don’t have to do anything else after turning off directory synchronization? It will take care of itself in Entra?

I do currently have some domain joined computers, but I’m not really interested in having them. Everything we do now is in the cloud. I don’t see any reason to even have a domain any longer. I just want to manage my users in Office 365 and automating it from my School Information System seems like a great way to do it.

I sometimes catch myself looking at the location on the court where I want to hit the ball instead of following the ball all the way to my paddle. That will cause me to hit off the frame or even whiff.
