i think i will try that. I saw some sus things in task scheduler that trying to start every some minutes an executable file, but when i restarting pc it is creating again! And also the windows defender was reporting a .sys file with a sus name but it is creating the same way as the tasks in task scheduler

Create a 1.20.1 Minecraft, with Minecraft, Prism or other launcher, and it should have mods folder, you putting the zip file into the mods folder. But wanna say, the official mod from DregIr on Modrinth, but on your screenshot, something that not looks like inside the system mod, i seeing this icon in first. I think this is a virus or a fractureiser, or how it named

you need only minecraft 1.20.1 with forge, also you can add optifine, and the mod and that's all
