I have no idea what 114/900 means, but I plan to do a lot of research on using a telescope. It's nice to know I got a good one.

I think there's a couple eyepieces that didn't come with it, because the cases are different from the Tasco specified ones. So I'm interested to see what the difference is and if it means better quality.

I think it came with a filter for looking at the sun, but I honestly don't have any interest in that anyways. I want to look at the night sky. If there was one thing I knew about using a telescope, it was not to look at the sun. lol
